Let’s Create What The World Needs Next
At its heart, this is about communities investing in the health of our future. Everybody has a place in this project. Right now there are four specific groups of people we want to bring together for this early phase we’re calling The Circular Initiative.

1.major Impact investors
If you have access to substantial capital and are looking to create a positive legacy for environment and local community, we want to hear from you.
Sophisticated Investors will be part of this land and asset secured project, holding ownership of 107Ha of stunning land and contributing to a total investment pool of $6-8M to build the facility for health and community.
2. community investors
Human.Kind members and aligned network are invited to become community investors in this project. You will own the social enterprise business that operates the facility and takes care of the land. It’s a chance to invest in something local, tangible, and beautiful.
Social enterprise investments will start from $5k and be limited to 160 initial members, the traditional size of a village where everyone can know each other directly.
3. Health Practitioners, Facilitators and Group Leaders
If you want access to a cost-effective, flexible and state-of-the-art facility to run your group experiences, let’s talk. This will be a venue for hire and a place your community will be delighted to call home for a week or weekend.
We’re seeking early input from leaders in group health, yoga, mediation, arts, lifestyle education or corporations to ensure that we design for your needs now and into the future.
4. Landcare Team
We want everybody to be involved. In fact we can’t do it without you. Join us to engage directly in actions of care and connection on this special land with community working bee teams. It will be a great time to learn new skills, deepen your sense of place, and be side-by-side with good people making a tangible difference in the world.
